As a PhD student at MPP you will be enroled in the Doctoral School of Organisation and Management Studies.

The objective of the Doctoral School of Organisation and Management Studies (OMS) is to sustain an active international research environment for PhD students, who theoretically and empirically study organisation and management in private, public and voluntary settings. The theoretical basis is cross-disciplinary and builds on sociology, (social)psychology, political science, political economy, philosophy, communication, history, ethnography and cultural studies. The doctoral school is a cooperation between research environments at the Department of Management, Politics and Philosophy, the Department of Organisation, the Department of Intercultural Communication and Management and the International Centre for Business and Politics.
