The Departmental Administration, Dalgas Have

The Departmental Administration, Dalgas Have (DADH) is a joint secretariat serving two departments: the Department of International Language Studies and Computational Linguistics (ILCL) and the Department of International Culture and Communication Studies (ICC).

DADH was established in February 2006 to replace the administrative units in the individual departments at Dalgas Have.

The Departmental Administration comprises the following units, all of which report to the two departments:

  • Information Office:
    Mail distribution, registration of holidays and absences, vouchers, travel expenses, office supplies etc.

  • Budgetting and Accounting:
    Budgetting, management accounting and support, bookkeeping etc.

  • Centre/Project Administration:
    Support and administration of the two departments’ centres and externally financed projects, events, marketing etc.

  • Teaching Administration:
    Staff allocation, timetables, exam planning, time registration and management etc.

  • DANTERMcentre
    Manages and administrates term- and knowledge databases for teaching and research, organises courses and conferences within the field of terminology and language technology.
