The objective of the Doctoral School of Organisation and Management Studies (OMS) is to sustain an active international research environment for PhD students who theoretically and empirically study organisation and management in private, public and voluntary settings. The theoretical basis is cross-disciplinary and builds on sociology, (social)psychology, political science, political economy, philosophy, communication, history, ethnography and cultural studies. The doctoral school is a cooperation between research environments at the Department of Management, Politics and Philosophy, the Department of Organization, the Department of Intercultural Communication and Management and the International Centre for Business and Politics.

New article from Luke Patey in the Journal of African Modern Studies
Professor Anne-Marie Søderberg, Research Director of the research project ’Cultural Intelligence as a Strategic Resource’ will on November 19th receive Danish Business Research Academy (DEA) title as Business Researcher of the Year within Culture and Communications. Along the title is a financial reward of 200.000 kr in recognition of her efforts within research, which, according to DEA, may lead the way out of the crisis and strengthen Danish companies’ competitive capacity.
