  • The Human Rights Institute's spring lecture series for 2010 is entitled ”Where to go? Migration and integration in a human rights perspective”. The seminars are in English and are open to all. Participation is free and there is no registration. Read more about the DIHR, Seminar Series 2010

  • Weeklong Seminar on Bi-lateral Cooperation on Global Public Goods: The Future of the German-Canadian Relationship organized by Canada Meets Germany at the Institut of Cultural Diplomacy in Berlin, March 7 - 13, 2010. Read more here

  • 'Forever Young? The Changing Images of America' . "The youth of America is their oldest tradition; it has been going on now for three hundred years" - Oscar Wilde. The 2010 Biennial EAAS conference takes place in Dublin Ireland on March 26 - 29, 2010. The theme for the event is the United States as a forever 'new' country. Does it still make sense to think of America as the 'forever young' country? The conference invites an examination of this an many other similar questions, from all angles and all periods.
