Center for Corporate Governance
Welcome to Center for Corporate Governance (CCG)
Corporate governance is defined as “the control and direction of companies” by ownership, boards, incentive systems and other mechanisms. The Center for Corporate Governance (CCG) is a virtual forum for the advancement of knowledge in this area. It is a truly interdisciplinary center comprised of researchers in finance, economics, accounting, law, management and international business as well as business people, auditors and government officials. CCG has close associations with the business community, e.g. through its advisory board
. We organize research projects, workshops, doctoral education and seminars.
Would you like to sponsor a research project? Would you like to be added to the Center for Corporate Governance mailing list? Do you have ideas for new topics? Or other suggestions?
Please contact the center at ccg@cbs.dk
