Regulations
The PhD programme in Denmark is regulated by the Ministerial Order on the PhD Course of Study and on the PhD Degree no.114 of 8 March 2002. Furthermore, the PhD programme at CBS is regulated by the programme regulations for the PhD Programme in Business Economics of 2006 and the programme regulations for the PhD Programme in Business Languages of 2002.
