Bachelor of Arts (full-time, three-year undergraduate programmes)

EURO 9,500 per year

Bachelor of Science (full-time, three-year undergraduate programmes)

EURO 9,500 per year

The following should answer your questions on tuition fee at CBS:

  • Details on a possible exemption are available below
  • The tuition fee must be paid once a year
  • Scholarships are ONLY available at the graduate level
  • The deadline for paying the first rate is given in the letter of acceptance.

If you have further questions, you are welcome to contact the Admissions Office - see contact & FAQ .

Exemption:
You may be exempted from paying tuition fee, if you have one of the following two residence permits in Denmark:

  • "Permanent opholdstilladelse" (Permanent residence permit)
  • "Midlertidig opholdstilladelse mmf varigt ophold" (Temporary residence permit with the possibility of achieving a permanent residence permit).

Depending on the exact wording, other residence permits may grant you an exemption. Also, specific residence permits in the other Nordic countries may grant you an exemption, for instance, the "PUT" in Sweden. Nevertheless, having a student visa does not under any circumstances exempt you from paying tuition fee. Please contact the Admissions Office for further information.

If you have one of the above residence permits, it is very important that you send documentation to prove it to the Admissions Office. We accept the following documentation:

  • Certified copy of your residence permit letter from the Immigration Services
  • Certified copy of your residence permit card
  • Certified copy of the page in your passport giving your residence permit.

Based on the documentation given, the Admissions Office will grant (or deny) you an exemption. If you are exempted from paying tuition fee, you are to meet the deadlines applying to EU/EEA applicants. Please note that you may still be required to pay an application fee.
