Master of Corporate Performance

CBS is launching a new executive Master of Corporate Performance (MCP)

The pioneer class will start in January 2011

MCP focuses on the need of private as well as public organizations to:

  • Manage and improve performance
  • Balance their use of resources
  • Balance their focus between short-term and long-term priorities

Target group

MCP is a Master degree aimed at those who already hold a bachelor or master degree or equivalent and who have obtained professional and relevant work experience.

More precisely, the program is aimed at managers, project leaders and specialists in public, private and third sector companies and institutions performing tasks within the field of advanced corporate performance management and improvement as related to operations, to services/products develoments and to strategic business processes - i.e. performance management and improvement along the entire value chain of the organization.

Competencies acquired

  • The program will provide the participants with knowledge about the challenges, theories and methods of performance management.
  • The participants will acquire the necessary competencies and leadership skills to design and lead performance and improvement projects, to manage and improve corporate performance.

MCP is offered as an English speaking executive program.

“Trends like TQM, lean, balanced scorecard, blue ocean etc. are all expressions of a deeply felt, ever changing and increasing need of companies and organizations to balance operation and innovation on a global market. The MCP program, in my opinion, rather uniquely meets this need as the only executive masters program available.”

(Flemming Hawthorn Jensen, management consultant, Statens Serum Institut)
