The Executive Certificate in Business Administration/Flexible Executive MBA is the first step towards the Executive Master in Business Administration (Executive MBA). Designed for the working professionals, the classes are held twice per month. The structure of the Flexible Executive Master in Business Administration allows you to take a break between the modules instead of committing to take part in the entire Executive MBA from the start.
The Executive Certificate in Business Administration consist of two separate modules, each giving you a executive certificate, that can grant you access to the latter half of the Executive MBA program:
- Executive Certificate - Leadership & Business Essentials (seven months)
- Covers the management fundamentals in marketing, operations, financial statements and human resources as well as focusing on developing your leadership capacity.
- Executive Certificate - Innovation & Business Development (six months)
- Focuses on developing your skills and knowledge in responding to changing business conditions and in driving growth within your organisation.
After each module, a certificate of completion is presented to each participant who fulfils the requirements of the program. When you have successfully completed both Executive Certificate in Business Administration modules, you may choose to join the latter part (nine months) of our Executive Master of Business Administration (Executive Master of Business Administration) Program.
