New international research project at IKL
Dr Lucia Reisch, currently Otto Mønsted funded Guest Professor at IKL, has received a 450,000 EU research grant for an intercultural comparative study of children's food socialization. IKL is delighted to announce that Lucia Reisch has decided to anchor the project to IKL, and that Lucia Reisch will be associated to IKL for the duration of the project as a full professor, on a half-time basis, funded by the project.
The study involves data from nine European countries and includes research into and development of intervention programmes promoting healthy diets & exercise. Lucia Reisch will be chairing the Working Area on "Consumer Science" together
with Professor Suzanne Beckamnn, IKL, in this 13 million EUR five year
Integrated Project (IP) with 31 partners all over Europe.
New article from Luke Patey in the Journal of African Modern Studies
Professor Anne-Marie Søderberg, Research Director of the research project ’Cultural Intelligence as a Strategic Resource’ will on November 19th receive Danish Business Research Academy (DEA) title as Business Researcher of the Year within Culture and Communications. Along the title is a financial reward of 200.000 kr in recognition of her efforts within research, which, according to DEA, may lead the way out of the crisis and strengthen Danish companies’ competitive capacity.
