Oliver Hart, President of the American Law and Economics Association, is a founder of incomplete contracting theory applied to organisational choice. In this new work Hart views contracting as a tool for avoiding conflict and aggrievement, drawing on modern economic-psychological theory of biased judgments of fairness. |
