Mette Morsing researches and teaches in organizations’ internal and external communication in relation to CSR. In particular she is interested in areas of identity, corporate branding, integrated communication, transparency, stakeholder relations, ethics and responsible leadership. Mette Morsing participates in a number of international and national research projects and from 2009 till 2011 she leads the 3 year research project on CSR and online communication “Responsible Business in the Blogosphere” supported by the Strategic Research Council under the Danish Ministry of Science. Since 2002 Mette Morsing has served as the founding director of cbsCSR, which is CBS’ research center on CSR, and today the center has a long line of research projects with a large group of ph.d. students. Morsing is the supervisor of a groups of ph.d. students with research interests in CSR, ethics and communication. Morsing has received prizes for research within CSR, and she is often invited to speak at international conferences about CSR. Morsing is a member of a number of international and national committess and boards with relation to CSR. Recently, she was invited by the Danish Minister of Trade and Commerce to join the National Council for Corporate Responsibility.
