Once your university has contacted CBS and nominated you as an exchange student from one of our partner universities, The International Office will send you an information package by post. It will contain the the following:

• Admission Letter
• Application Form for Residence Permit (“Purple Form”).
  Note: This form is only included in packages sent to non-Europeans, Europeans outside the EU, the Nordic countries and Liechtenstein.
• Information about your CBS Email address, as this is the only email address we use to communicate with you.
• Residence Permit for Denmark (Instructions regarding the (“Purple Form”)

Please note that you need to include the following when returning your registration forms:

• 2 passport-type and passport-sized photos (35x45 mm – no hats or sunglasses),
• a curriculum vitae (CV), your most recent transcript, and
• proof of your proficiency in English if this is not your mother tongue.

The photos will be used for your CBS student card and a buddy book for exchange students and their Danish buddies.
