International Degree Students

The Housing Department is happy to help international full-degree students with accommodation. However, it should be noted that we can only guarantee accommodation for the first semester of your stay in Copenhagen and only if there is available housing.

Accomodation Blend

The housing will be assigned on a first come, first served basis for as long as rooms are available. Since CBS housing is so limited, please note that first priority is reserved for incoming exchange students. So feel free to apply even before you have been accepted to CBS.

Perspective full degree students interested in applying for housing should apply online and indicate "international full degree student"

For more information on the different housing offers, links are in the right column of this page. For other information about prices and maps, please see what is available under "Exchange Student" in the left-hand menu.

The rules and regulations stated on the above website also apply for International Full-degree students; To apply for the less expensive residences you should document financial need, as stated on the application form.

Please note the following conditions, if you are offered accommodation:

  • We will only be able to make you one housing offer.
  • If you choose not to accept it, you will have to find alternative housing on your own.
  • Once you accept our offer you are responsible for the rent for the whole semester.
  • This means that if you choose to move out, you will still have to pay the rent of the residence you have left.

If you wish to find housing on your own, there are suggestions for how to do this, as well as links in the "Freemover" section (in the left hand menu).

Autumn Semester
Deadline for applying is 1 June. Any applications received after the deadline will only be put on a waiting list.
