Distance users

CBS students living abroad or outside the Copenhagen area may be registered to use the Library's facilities as distance users.

As a distance user you have access to:

searching, making reservations and ordering from the Library Catalogue
searching and locating articles in electronic journals
information retrieval in other electronic information systems
ordering articles from other libraries, also through bibliotek.dk
delivery of books from the Library on payment of a fee
delivery of articles that are not in any of the electronic journals
delivery of articles that are not in the Library. From Danish libraries the delivery is without fee. From foreign libraries we will charge you DKK 10,- pr. item.

Payment
Copies are sent without a fee, but books are charged DKK 20,- pr. item. CBS Library transfers the amount to your table of debts which you have to settle using our online payment facility.

E-resources
Access for CBS network, please see 'Mail & IT' on e-Campus.

You can access the Library's secured information resources from home or from your workplace without being logged on to the CBS network. You only need a special access code (CBS e-mail username/password) -> click ' Remote access ' (see top menu).

Materials from other libraries
This service only covers delivery of articles.
