Programme Administration Services

NB! The Programme Administration Services communicate, primarily, with CBS students via the student intranet: e-Campus. Prospective students and others interested can find information about the study programmes offered under the menu item: ' Study Programmes ' at CBS’ webpage.

The Programme Administration Services is divided into two offices:

  • Programme Administration
  • Student Services.

In addition to these centrally organised units, there is a number of programme administration units located in CBS' departments. These units provide administrative service in close cooperation with the Programme Administration Services.

Programme Administration:

Approximately 45 employees are occupied with the two main tasks of the Programme Administration. One is daily operations and management of the study programmes. This includes scheduling of classes, exam management, communication with students and professors and management of individual student cases. The other main task is servicing study boards and programme directors. This includes budgeting and budget control, programme regulations and other kinds of close cooperation with programme manager and Study board.

The Programme Administration is organised into 5 secretariats, each one of them dealing with a specific group of programmes. The groups are organised as follows:

HA-secretariat:

  • BSc in Economics and Business Administration

Combined Degrees:

  • BSc/MSc in Business Administration and Commercial Law
  • Bsc/MSc in Business Administration and Computer Science
  • BSc/MSc in Business Administration and Management Science
  • BSc/MSc in Business Administration and Philosophy
  • BSc/MSc in Business Administration and Organisational Communication
  • BScMSc in Business Administration and Psychology

International Bachelor Administration (IBA):

  • BSc in International Business
  • BSc in Business Administration and Service Management
  • BSc in International Business and Politics
  • BSc/MSc in Business, Language and Culture (BLC)
  • Asian Studies Programme
  • BA in Information Management

Combined Degrees with Language for Business Purposes:

  • BA in International Business Communication
  • MA in International Business Communication

Master Programmes:

  • MSc in Economics and Business Administration
  • Master of Social Science Degree in Business Economics and Management
  • MSc in Business Administration and Auditing
  • CEMS Master’s in International Management (Community of European Management Schools)
  • E-business

Student Services

This unit encompasses approximately 40 employees, including a number of part time student guidance counsellors. The unit covers the following areas of responsibility which are shared for all study programmes:

Admissions Office:

The office coordinates the admission to CBS’ Bachelor Programmes through the Coordinated Application System (KOT), and admission to the Master’s programmes

SU Office:

Office for the Danish students' Grants and Loans Scheme

Student Guidance Service:

for future and current students

Coordination of CBS intro activities

Administration of the Student Identity Card

SiteScape Coordination

Master's thesis guidance

Classroom Management, including management of exam invigilators

Secretariat of complaints and appeals against examinations
