CBS' supreme body is the Board of Directors, which consist of the following 11 members:

• Six external members (appointed for a four-years period of time)
• Two academically qualified faculty members (elected for a four-years period of time)
• One administrative officer (elected for a four-years period of time)
• Two students (elected for a one-year period of time).

The period of function of the present Board of Directors began on 1 February, 2008. The Board of Directors was formed on 4 February, 2008.
